Located along 6km of coastline, Al Mouj Muscat is already well-established as a mixed-use community, popular as a place to live, as a tourist destination, and as a lifestyle hub for the city.
The project currently has more than 8,000 residents from 80 nationalities, with over 2,200 homes complete and handed over. The PGA-standard Al Mouj Golf is open, as is Al Mouj Marina for sailing and watersports.
